POINT CLOUD MODELLING / REVERSE ENGINEERING

We use available data (Scan data or physical measurement data) to reproduce, analyze and troubleshoot. Our process allows a component or machine to be quickly and accurately reverse engineered taking care of selection of materials and all manufacturing parameters like fits, geometric tolerances, welding, machining and manufacturing sequences. Reverse engineering is the most efficient and effective way to generate a CAD model from any kind of complex shapes using laser cloud data or using traditional measurement techniques. By having an accurate and updated model customer can reduce costly interruptions and reduce risk for other business interruptions considerably.
